'What Can I Expect on My First Visit?'
Your first visit includes a detailed consultation and nervous system–focused evaluations that include x-rays, neurological scans, postural assessments, and your first chiropractic adjustment. We’ll review your history, goals, and current stressors, then outline a personalized care plan for your season of life on your second visit.
'Do I Need to be in Pain to Start Care?'
No. Many people begin care proactively. We focus on nervous system function and adaptability — not just symptom relief.
'How Often Will I Need to Come?'
Frequency depends on your goals and the current state of your nervous system. Recommendations are individualized and evolve as your system stabilizes.
'Is Chiropractic Safe During Pregnancy?'
Yes. Our pregnancy care is gentle, specific, and adapted for each trimester to support comfort, pelvic balance, and nervous system regulation.
'Is Chiropractic Safe for Infants & Children?'
Yes. Pediatric adjustments are extremely gentle and tailored to developing nervous systems, supporting regulation and resilience as children grow. (When adjusting infants, we utilize the same pressure you would use in checking the ripeness of an avocado.)
'What does an Adjustment Feel Like?'
There are three common responses to an adjustment: you may feel the same, you may feel drastic improvement, or you may feel soreness as one may commonly feel after exercise. Some adjustments are quick and subtle; others use low-force techniques. Most people feel more relaxed and at ease afterward.
'Is Chiropractic Just for Aches and Pains?'
No. While chiropractic can support musculoskeletal concerns, our focus is on the nervous system — which influences movement, stress response, sleep, digestion, and overall adaptability. Many experience reduced aches and pains throughout ongoing care.
'What Makes Our Practice Different?'
We focus on improving nervous system function rather than chasing symptoms. Our care is individualized, proactive, and designed to support long-term adaptability for individuals and families.
'Do We Accept Insurance?'
We are a self-pay practice. We may provide documentation (super bill/receipt) for reimbursement depending on your plan. Many practice members choose care as an investment in proactive, nervous system–centered support. HSA/FSA accounts are accepted.
'Can the Entire Family Receive Care?'
Yes. We care for individuals and families through every stage of life and value continuity of care as needs evolve. We offer family savings when one or more of your immediate family members also joins care.
